Top Ten Real Estate Podcasts

The mp3 player (Ipod) and podcast have been one of the greatest new learning tools for real estate investors and landlords. Gone are the days of lugging around piles of scratched CD's of Dave Lindahl's "Apartment Riches" or worn out cassette tapes of Carlton Sheets on "How to Get Rich in Real Estate". Ha, I knew someone out there still was using these antiques. Whether your a first time real estate newbie, or seasoned landlord with multiple properties, you should take the time to use this tool to improve your learning.

If your like me and spend a ton of time in the car traveling, then the Ipod and podcast will be a great tool for you. You can download boat loads of podcast for free from Itunes and get your Ipod ready for the road every week. I use a cheap adapter that plugs into the cigarette lighter in my car to listen while I am traveling. Currently, I am downloading dozens of podcast and listening as I am typing this blog post.

Just type in any of the keywords above into the search engine on Itunes and you will pull up the podcast. Itunes will also find other similar podcast that you can listen to.

You can download all of these podcast on Itunes but may have to hunt for older versions by doing a Google search and going to websites to download past podcast.

One tip that is good to know is that you dont need an Ipod to listen to and enjoy Itunes. You can download podcast to your hard drive and listen on your computer. Just download the Itunes software at www.apple.com/itunes/ and your ready to search and download podcast. You can also burn a podcast to a CD and take with you in your car to listen to.
